Clinical presentation is with variable chronic kidney disease, low molecular weight proteinuria, aminoaciduria, hyperphosphaturia, uricosuria, bicarbonaturia, and non-diabetic glycosuria. Renal phosphate and urate wasting may cause hypophosphatemia and hypouricaemia."
