This codelist was developed for use with the GDPPR dataset, however it was based on an earlier version of the PCD reference set. We adapted this codelist for use in our study by reviewing the codes, excluding codes that were not relevant to our study (e.g. codes for history of MI instead of current MI), and adding additional relevant codes from version 49.1 of the QOF cluster list (which was the most recent version at the time of developing the this codelist).\n",
