An Epstein-Barr virus-associated mature T-cell lymphoproliferative group of disorders affecting children. It occurs with increased frequency in Asians and Native Americans. It includes the systemic EBV-positive T-cell lymphoma of childhood and the hydroa vacciniforme-like lymphoma.
