Heiner syndrome, also called cow's milk hypersensitivity, is a food induced pulmonary hypersensiting syndrome that affects primarily infants and that is characterized by pulmonary hemosiderosis, digestive bleeding, anemia and poor growing, improving with elimination of cow's milk from the diet.
