Any spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia in which the cause of the disease is a variant in the COL2A1 gene. This includes spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia congenita, spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia with metatarsal shortening, and spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia with metaphyseal changes.
