    The codelist was generated in a stepwise process (see GitHub discussion for more detail)

    • A READ2 code list previously compiled at LSHTM was used as the source list and mapped to CTV3.
    • Adding in key clusters from QOF and mapping to CTV3.
    • Adding in high level snowmed codes and mapping to CTV3
    • The final list was manually reviewed by clinicians
