    If you log in using an existing SAIL account (see SAIL’s privacy policy and terms of use) we will hold information on the searches you have made and the phenotypes or concepts you create or edit together with details of your Email (login). We will not use this information other than for the purposes of understanding how we can best tailor the website to our users.

    The very limited information that we hold on you will be anonymised if it is collected from a cookie or will be subject to the terms of the SAIL privacy policy and will be processed on the basis of your consent. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time without any adverse consequences.

    If we hold personal data through your SAIL account this will be used solely for the purposes of improving our website and making it more accessible to our users. We will not make any automated decisions on you nor will we share your data or transfer it outside of the United Kingdom. We will not use your data for marketing purposes nor will we share it with any third party without your consent.
